So we built the decision layer: MinMaxHR, the HR KPI optimization platform, and CandidRanker, the candidate evaluation engine inside it — both live in production today, screening 12,400+ resumes a quarter with 94% shortlist accuracy. JobRankd extends the same intelligence to the candidate's side of the table, because fairness in hiring should run both ways.

The method that built those products — diagnose the leak, design the process, deploy a bounded pilot, deliver measured results — became the 4D Method, and the consulting practice grew out of clients asking for it in their own operations: process automation, finance workflows, customer service, and beyond.
